Flickr photographers and bloggers: Your access rights

I’ve been hearing a few things around the blogosphere recently where Flickr photographers and bloggers have been having problems gaining access to some of Manchester and Salford’s public buildings.
So I’ve been having a look at the issue.
The situation is far from uniform and far from clear – some venues have a very relaxed stance while others find themselves in the position of guardian’s of artists’ copyright.
