Picture paints a few well chosen words

Flickr photographer pixel8 used the addition of notes to good effect on this amazing shot from last week’s city centre multiple car crash.
Often people are suspicious of pictures from news events which have been “mucked about” or manipulated in some way but this simple addition of locators around the shot helps make more sense of the dramatic scene without detracting from its impact in any way.
This was just one of the submissions to the MEN picture pool which caught my eye – in fact my eye is caught most days by the talent of that group. Check it out here.
