You saw it here first! This striking image is one of those being featured in next week’s exclusively Manchester week on the website www.someoneoncetoldme.com.
The site’s founder Mario Cacciottolo explained: “ I am going to put up seven photographs, one for each day, of shots of Manchester and what I’m hoping is that other people will take their own photographs around Manchester, around the landmarks and that they will send them to me.”
Mr Cacciottolo has already taken a series of photographs of Manchester folk, including the one of City Life contributor Christina McDermott, featured here during a recent Social Media Cafe.
But now he is looking for people to send in more – the best of which will win a prize of a large print and their photo on the site, an interview also posted on the site, and then a merchandising item of their choice created using their winning image.
