- Introducing Carbon Reduction
The perfect introduction for anyone new to carbon reduction. We’ll help with an action-orientated workshop that gives you or your business all the tools you need to get started on your carbon reduction journey.You’ll gain an idea of your footprint, understand the emissions of everyday actions, and build a visual plan of your own. It has been designed to be a fun, fast, interactive workshop over less than two hours and is suitable for individuals or teams in a workplace. - Carbon Literacy for Journalists
As the title suggests, this course was designed for journalists but is in fact suitable for anyone working in a communications field. Unlike the introductory workshop above, this course is is fully-accredited one-day Carbon Literacy live online course. This course covers:- The science behind climate change
- Social equity and climate change
- What you can do to act on climate change
- Strategies and skills for communicating about climate change
Climate Literacy for Journalists will provide you with the knowledge and tools to have a beneficial impact both at an individual and a systemic level. This course is a deep dive into carbon dioxide emissions and the climate crisis. We will look at: the science of climate change; the impact of changes in the climate, locally, nationally and internationally; the possible futures we can choose from; and the actions we can and should take.
