Searching for some Manchester web stars

We’re on the look out for some city internet stars. Starting next week, we’re going to take a look at a different website, or blog, every week.
It could be anything from a new service or group to a personal blog or video offering – the only criteria is that it has to have something to do with Manchester.
There’s so much online talent around that I know it’s a trail which will turn up plenty of treasures
This pick of the week will then be posted on this blog as well as being featured on the M.E.N’s e-view page on a Saturday.
So get nominating now!
And it seems this Manchester blogging call could be well-timed. It looks as though the recently dormant Manchester Bloggers meet up could soon be back on if blogger Julie Delavaux gets her way.
She asks; where have all the Manc Bloggers gone? in a blog post today accompanied by a video report from the last such event.
“My feeling, however, is that we should try and organise a similar monthly/bi-monthly meeting for Manchester bloggers – and I even volunteer to send the meeting reminders on Facebook, as and when necessary “ she generously offers
So get in touch with her via the blog, or leave a message here and we’ll make sure everyone’s linked up if you want to have a get together in September but, in the meantime, if you have a website you’d like to put up for a viewing, just let us know by either submitting the details below or drop me or Paul an email.

Rapport Events have recently updated their website to include a weekly blog. It details internal information and news but also looks extrenally at issues both locally and nationally which effect business.
The blog represents the viewpoints and issues facing SME’s based in the city centre and reflects the feelings of those involved working within them in both a professional and social capacity.
